Ignacio advises the Firm’s clients, national and international, in labor contracts, corporate issues, litigation, immigration, social security, pensions, transfers of executives, downsizing and union negotiations. He is also a consultant in private international law matters, contracts and international trade, customs law, international trade defense for the World Trade Organization (WTO) and customs disputes.
He was previously a partner at Baker & McKenzie, where he worked for 16 years and where he founded and directed the Labor Group and the International Trade Practice.
Ignacio is a Professor at the College of Law of the Pontificie Universidad Católica de Chile and the Universidad de Los Andes.
