Mr. Laurent Roy is one of the founding members of Roy Bélanger, since 1977 he has specialized in the areas of labor and employment law, administrative law, personal law and pension law, representing exclusively trade unions or employees, both as a negotiator and litigator.

Mr. Roy has lectured extensively and published extensively on a variety of topics related to administrative law, labor, employment and individuals. It has provided training courses in labor law and in particular in the field of occupational injuries and occupational health and safety.

He has acted as legal advisor to major unions and the FTQ. Mr Roy is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Quebec Order of Industrial Relations Counselors. He was a member of the Labor Law Section and the Administrative Law Section of the Montreal Bar.
