Shira Lahat specializes in all aspects of labor and employment law. She represents employers in day to day employment issues as well as in complex and sensitive events and transactions. Shira provides on-going legal advice to corporations and individuals and represents the firm’s clients in court in all forms of labor disputes.

Shira advises clients as to labor law ramifications in complicated commercial reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions as well as negotiating other matters relating to employee equity-based incentive plans and executive compensation.

Shira regularly appears before various judicial instances including all labor court instances as well as different governmental authorities.

Shira is a member of the labor law committee in the Israeli Bar, and a member of the Israeli Society for Labor Law and Social Security.

Shira joined the firm as an associate in 2007, and became partner in 2013.
